Celebration of the Solemnity of the Annunciation

MONTFORT SUR MEU, France - Due to the work carried out at the Birthplace, the Mass of the Annunciation of the Lord was celebrated on March 25, 2023 in the parish church of Montfort-sur-Meu.
After communion, Father Jean-Marie HELPA SMM, Pierrette, Brigitte, Michel and Joëlle made the renewal of our consecration to Jesus through Mary with the prayerful and collected presence of parishioners who were friends of the house where we were born.
As we were able to hear during the Montfortian formation on Wednesday March 15: "Montfort and the Annunciation", Father Jean-Marie told us again during his homily how celebrating the Annunciation is also celebrating the Incarnation. The Incarnation is the mystery-source which enlightens all the others and which is at the heart of the spiritual process of Father de Montfort.
We give thanks to God for this beautiful day that united us all those who throughout the world have made or renewed their consecration to Jesus through Mary on this titular feast of the three congregations.
May the Virgin Mary support each one to live ever more faithfully the Baptismal promises.
