First Religious Profession of 10 Indian Brothers
KANATHI, Chikmangalur, India – On 31st May 2018, Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again: Rejoice! It’s indeed a great day to rejoice and remember as ten of our Novices made their First Religious Profession and said a firm ‘Yes’ to God with their evangelical commitments. Very Rev. Fr. Luiz Augusto Stefani SMM, Superior General received their vows in the presence of Fr. Rozario Menezes SMM, General Councilor, Fr. Balaswamy SMM, General Secretary, Fr. Michael Sahayaraj SMM, the Vice-Provincial of India, Fr. Reni Joseph SMM, Novice Master and other Montfortian priests, Priests from the diocese of Chikmangalore and other religious priests and sisters along with our friends.
It’s indeed a blessing for the Montfortians all around the world particularly in India as we have ten more members in the company of Mary. We feel grateful also to our General Superior and his team who witnessed and graced this solemn event.
