Montfort Jubilee with the Patriarch of Lisbon

LISBON, Portugal - On Monday, July 7, the Montfort Missionaries in Portugal celebrated their Jubilee at Lisbon Cathedral with Patriarch Rui VALÉRIO. The Patriarchal Cathedral of Lisbon hosted the Jubilee celebration of the Congregation of Montfort Missionaries, established in Portugal since the 1950s and currently composed of 15 confreres (12 Portuguese, one Angolan and two Indonesians) in three communities: Fatima, Junqueira and Lisbon. Present on this day was the Patriarch of Lisbon, Msgr. Rui VALÉRIO, himself a member of the congregation, who presided over the Jubilee Eucharist after a guided tour of the sacred space.
