Pre-Novitiate Entry in the Philippine Delegation

QUEZON CITY, the Philippines - With great joy and gratitude, the Missionaries of the Company of Mary – Philippine Delegation warmly welcome Bro. Gerald M. MANDAM, Bro. Novee Ingrid M. ESPIRITU and Bro. Andrew B. MANANSALA into the Pre-Novitiate Program held on June 29, 2026, the Solemnity of St. Peter and St. Paul at the Delegation Chapel in New Manila, Quezon City.

They were formally presented by their Pre-Novitiate Director, Fr. Lester BONETE, SMM, to Fr. Federick YUMANG, SMM, the Delegation Superior.

They were also invested with the official habit for Pre-Novitiate and they were given the cross as visible signs of their new life as members of the Pre-Novitiate Community.

At the end of the celebration, the Delegation Superior, Fr. Federick officially entrusted the pre-novices to the Pre-Novice Director, Fr. Lester. This meaningful gesture marked the formal beginning of the Montfortian Pre-Novitiate Formation Year 2026–2027.

This sacred moment marks a significant step in their journey of vocation, as they deepen their discernment and formation in the Montfortian way of life. Inspired by St. Louis-Marie de Montfort, they are called to live a life of total consecration to Jesus through Mary.

As they begin this new chapter, we entrust them to the loving guidance of Our Lady, that they may grow in faith, humility, and zeal for mission. May the Lord who has called them continue to strengthen and guide them each day.

Let us keep them in our prayers as they take this courageous step toward becoming true Montfort Missionaries.
