Vision – Mission – Goal

Vision
    We, the Montfort Missionaries based in Cebu, envision a Mission Team animated by Christ, the Wisdom of God Incarnated in Mary, for the realization of God’s Kingdom. It is in this spirit that the Mission Team desired to be at the service of the local Church in its thrust to renew Christian life.


Mission
     Strengthened by our consecration to Jesus through Mary, we the members of the Mission Team commit ourselves to:

- Search for Wisdom, the Incarnate Son of God, in and together with the people where we are called through the signs of the times with Mary as our model.

- Give preference to the poor in their struggle for total and integral human development and liberation from all forms of oppression.

- To depend on the people to whom we are sent as regards our material needs. (Divine Providence)

- Promote and enhance the active participation of the laity in the Montfortian Mission.



Goal:
- To build and strengthen the existing Basic Ecclesial Communities in the parish where we do our mission.

- To highlight the Marian character and role of Mary in BEC.

- To support in the implementation of the Archdiocesan Pastoral Plan and the Parochial Thrust.
