The Visitation. We offer you, Lord Jesus, this decade in honour of the Visitation of your holy Mother to her cousin Elizabeth. We ask you by this mystery and through the intercession of your holy Mother, true love of our neighbour.

The Nativity. We offer you, Lord Jesus, this decade in honour of your holy Birth. We ask you by this mystery and through the intercession of your holy Mother, detachment from the things of this world, love of poverty and of the poor.

The Presentation. We offer you, Lord Jesus, this decade in honour of your presentation in the temple by the hands of Mary. We ask you by this mystery and through the intercession of your holy Mother, purity of body and mind.

The Finding of Jesus. We offer you, Lord Jesus, this decade in honour of Mary’s finding you in the temple among the learned men after she had lost you. We ask you by this mystery and through the intercession of your holy Mother, the gift of wisdom.

O Jesus Christ, you are my Father, my merciful God, my great King, my good Shepherd, my only Master, my best helper, my beloved friend of overwhelming beauty, my living Bread, my eternal priest. You are my guide to my heavenly home, my one true light, my holy joy, my true way, my shining wisdom, my unfeigned simplicity, the peace and harmony of my soul, my perfect safeguard, my bounteous inheritance, my everlasting salvation.
