Delegation Assembly of the Portuguese Montfort Missionaries

Portugal -
On 27 and 28 December 2017, the members of the Portuguese Delegation of the
Montfort Fathers gathered for the assembly. The place chosen for the assembly
was the house of the Montfortians in Fatima. Graced with the presence of the
Assistant General, Fr. Marco Pasinato, the meeting in addition to being a time
of sharing and being together, also essentially promoted a deeper knowledge of
the conclusions and proposals that emerged from the General Chapter of the
Monfortians (held in Rome from 1-20 May 2017), so with the discussion on the
"profile" of the Official Statutes of the Delegation.
In a fraternal environment, other
issues of relevance for the communities have been discussed, themes that are
always current and of great importance for the mission of the consecrated, in
particular the ways of undertaking vocations ministry and the concerns of
"vulnerable people"
All of this was guided and valued with
fraternal moments and times of prayer.
