On 1st July 2020, Father Luiz Augusto STEFANI, s.m.m., Superior General of the Missionaries of the Company of Mary (Montfort Missionaries), with the consent of his Council, has appointed the members of the Commission of Finance.

COMMISSION ON FINANCE
 

Fr. Luiz Augusto STEFANI, SMM
He is the Superior General of the Missionaries of the Company of Mary and is a member of the General Delegation of Peru-Brazil. He was specialized in the Theology of Spirituality in Rome. He worked as a parish priest in three different parishes in Peru and Brazil. He chaired the committee of Montfortian Spirituality and Mission in Latin America (2000-2003). He was one of the Councilors of the General Delegation of Peru-Brazil (2001-2006). He has an experience as an Assistant General Bursar (2006-2008), General Bursar (2008-2010), Procurator General (2009) and as a Delegation Superior of Peru-Brazil (2013-2018) for two terms.
 
 
Fr. Balaswamy KATA, SMM
He is the General Bursar of the Missionaries of the Company of Mary and is a member of the Vice-Province of India. He did his licentiate in Philosophy in India and has a diploma in Integral Human Formation at the Institut de Formation Humaine Intégrale de Montréal (2013-2016). He worked as a missionary among the Savara Tribe in India (2005-2009). He has an experience as a community bursar (2005-2011), Assistant Vice-Provincial Bursar (2010), Bursar of the Vice-Province of India (2011-2013), Secretary General as well as the Procurator General (2016-2018) and Assistant General Bursar (2018).
 
 
Fr. Matthew CONSIDINE, SMM
He is a member of the Vice-Province of the United States of America and a Bursar of the Vice-Province from 1995 to the present date. He worked as a Parish Priest in two different parishes (1974-2006). He was a Provincial Superior from 2006 to 2018. He dealt with issues of health insurance for members, property insurance and with legal issues concerning the entity. He has a M.A. degree in Human Resource Management at the Washington University (St. Louis) with a special interest in organizational dynamics and strategic planning. He is a member of various organizations, such as: Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI), Legal Resource Center for Religious (LRCR), Conference of Major Superiors for Men (CMSM) 2004, Member of various Arch/Diocesan commissions on Social and Racial Justice, Commissions on finance and Long-Term Pastoral Planning. Formerly he was also a member of the National Association for Treasurers of Religious Institutes (NATRI). He has been rendering his service as a member of the General Congregation’s Finance Commission on and off from 1998 to 2020.
 
 
Fr. Samuel PAUL SATIELE, SMM
He is a member of the General Delegation of Anglophone Africa. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration (Finances). From 2012 to 2018, he rendered his service as a bursar in three different communities of the Delegation. At present, he is a parish priest of the Bvembwe parish in Malawi, Chairman of the Finance Commission and also the Media Commission, Board member of the Luntha Television and Montfort Media of the General Delegation of the Anglophone Africa, part-time lecturer in Administration, Banking, Finance and Management at the Catholic University of Malawi.
 
 
Fr. Armando NOVOA PIRAQUIVE, SMM
He is a member of the Province of Colombia. He has an experience as a Parish Priest, Vicar of a Parish, Vocation Promotor and as a formator of Aspirants (Propaedeutic stage) to the priesthood. He has been a member of the Finance Commission of the Province of Colombia for two terms. At present, he is studying Public Accounting and Business Administration in the LaSalle University, Colombia.

 
Mrs. Caroline MARTIN
She is an accountant in the Province of France. She studied in a Business School in LE Havre (Normandy) and specialized in accountancy. She has an experience as an accounting manager, financial and administrative manager in several industrial firms (Carpentry, manufacture of hear pumps for house purpose). She also worked in an Insurance Company. As she developed a desire to have a broader human dimension in her job, she said yes to be the accountant in the Province of France to look after the management of Finances, houses and fulfil all the administrative tasks given to her by the Superiors. She dedicates her time to be attentive to the needs of the confreres.
 
 
Mr. Servé KENGEN
He is the assistant bursar and member of the Finance committee of the Dutch Province since 2006. He has a training and also work experience in forestry, nature management, land scape construction, organization manager of the largest car parts trade and relationship counselor. Since 1988 as he came in contact with the Montfort Missionaries working in Malawi, he has been dedicating himself to raise funds for the developmental projects in Malawi. Since 2010, he is rendering his service in the Province of Holland in the financial management and general affairs of the Province.
